went to gym yesterday and played badminton today
my life is begins to become healthy
but honestly
I have only a little bit of sport spirit
haha
tired but satisfied with the small own achievement on my sport's goal
hopefully my weight can reduced and so do my waist, tummy and fat ass
(if I can keep exercising and don't eat too much fatty food especially after exercise...)
:)
p/s: it is really a great opportunity for me to exercise here since the gym here is free... :D
