虽然味道会有差（因为不是用正宗的黑胡椒粉）
但是我还可以接受

普通的一个煎鱼
配上扎姜丝和酱油
味道就升级了 
好吃

麻油蛋五花肉

麻油蛋五花肉
很简单的做法


将蒜头切碎
将猪肉切成小块
用麻油、酱油、盐、和胡椒粉腌过
将姜切成丝拿去炸备用
荷包蛋煎熟备用


热油锅
下蒜头碎炒一下
再下猪肉炒熟 
放酱油和生粉水调味
野可以加一点蚝油调味
放入荷包蛋煮一下
盛盘、撒上姜丝就好了


味道很不错的

顾名思义
只放了洋葱和猪肉进水里
再加盐、酱油和蚝油调味
煮滚至洋葱变软
就好了
汤里都是洋葱和猪肉的甜味
超好喝的
我还要一碗

将肉碎用麻油、生抽、老抽和一点蚝油腌过
爆香蒜头下肉碎炒、搅拌和调味
如果要很多汁就再加水和调味
盛盘撒上青葱
就好了

这几天上课的丸子头发型
头发开始由少许的及胸长度
厌倦了一成不变头发放下来的造型
所以干脆让它往上发展
简单、快速、省时又让脖子清凉
哈哈

将头发绑一个高马尾
分成两束
先将一束扭转、绕着另一束一圈用发夹固定
把另一圈也扭转、绕一圈用发夹固定
作调整就好了
大概只需要4支发夹就可以固定了
完毕

第一次尝试

只是出来效果和食谱的卖相完全不一样
但味道还可以接受
给它70%
我想可能是因为我是拿新鲜的橙拿去搅成汁
腌煮肉时有放不够生抽和老抽让它上色
所以出来的成品变成了我的版本吧

应用冰箱里现有的食材
随心而做的午餐
所以说
我很希望我们的冰箱是多拉A梦的口袋

甜甜的黑酱油肉

黑酱油肉
我妈妈的拿手菜
终于
在没有参考任何食谱
没有人的教导下
第一次
尝试成功


做法很简单
准备鸡胸肉、蒜头、姜、老抽、糖和生粉
将鸡胸肉用老抽和糖腌过
将蒜头切碎备用
姜切丝拿去炸
热锅下油下蒜头小炒
加入鸡肉炒熟
再加老抽、糖、生粉和水调味及搅拌
试味道再作调整
烧个几分钟就可以盛盘上桌了
（记得奖姜丝放上面，陪着吃是最好吃的）


味道很不错
甜甜的
很下饭
有家的味道


哼

又是一个简单的食谱
适合手残的我们
哈哈



p/s: 这道料理会需要多一点的糖，所以久久吃一次就好了

I Miss Beers!

A different me every time after clubbing
steam look and I like it
it will be a perfect night if the club in UK is more "hot" and more "clubbing" feel
perhaps we went to the wrong club as my friend said
