Sunny Days

it is my third day at here since step on this oversea land

one word to describe the feeling

GREAT!

fresh air

comfortable weather with warm sun

lovely environment with full of classic architectures

and a lot of pretty and handsome local people on road

just wondering whether I will have a date with some handsome guys here

haha

hmmm

realized one thing when at here

walking is a culture for everyone

saw less car on the road but saw a lot of people walk around this huge city

and so do us

but honesty

it is our first time to really "walk" in the city

different from Malaysia where everyone go to destination by car or bus even a shop at the corner

at here

our class building is far from our accomodation

and the result

we get lost on the way to our destination

and walk for many places hahaa

finally

done re-pack my luggage 

1 huge luggage, 1 hand carry bag (some food and jacket needed on plane) and 1 laptop bag (but will change the orange colour to another purple colour laptop bag)

and found it need some skills to pack luggage

all my things and this luggage weighted 22kg++ only after I measure it

luckily

divided luggage into 2 parts

left side keep all clothes in rolling form and right side is all stuff such as food, make up, shampoo

and all these I pack in food zipper plastic bags and arrange accordingly

the hat is the things I am proud with 

guess what I put inside the hat?

hehe

is my lingeria

the luggage is 90% packed now 

and I am 90% ready to fly too

MUST DO LIST

going to take flight to UK on this Friday

and I now only start to fell nervous 

gonna complete the MUST DO LIST below by tomorrow Wednesday:

1. Complete Report (80% done but need to read through my work and amend it  if necessary)

2. Complete 3 reading logs (I already forgot to do this from February till now and I better do it first)

3. Pack my luggage (luggage is 70% simply packed only but I needed to rearrange and well pack thoroughly this time)

4. Pack my handcarry and laptop bag (not start to pack yet)

5. Install some necessary software into my mom's new Toshiba laptop (will bring hers go to UK because mine have no original software and so old with a lots of problems) 

6. Print out the Summer Semester Proforma (to register for the trips organized by LJMU)

A Quick Summary of Tioman Trip

went to Tioman for 3 days 2 night 

(no photos as I am using broadband to online and all photos have been uploaded to FB)

we depart from KL by car at around 3pm on last Friday

 took about 7 hours to reach Jetty Mersing

and we have stop at Melaka for our dinner on the way to there

first time ate Satay Celuk and taste not bad

reached Jetty Mersing at Johor at around 11pm something

we bought 12am ship ticket but the bus only depart at 1.30am

and took about 2 hours to reach Tioman

sat aside the beach whole night till next day morning by playing Killer Poker Games

and I am not a good liar always as everyone guess right when I was the Killer everytime

lol

　

First Day (Saturday)

sat until 7am something in the morning and finally we get our room keys

all were damn tired and went to have our breakfast first before we getting our rest

took some SS photos at the balcony while everyone was sleep like pig in the morning
I think I get jet lag that time haha

pity guys in our room 

as we 2 GF kept making them awake and interrupt their sleep (especially me)

haha

after another gang arrived and everyone was awake at noon

we head to beach and start our swimming session

I was so excited when get into the water and swim like a mermaid/kampung girl

haha

but no one brought camera to the beach as we all want to enjoy the water and for safety purpose

ate seafood fried cook as dinner and after that

went to bought 2 boxes of beers for our late night drinking party in room

but it was too early to begin the party straight after the dinner

and hence everyone was quickly AFK/drunk 

Second Day (Sunday)

wake up in the early morning and went to have our resort breakfast

food was ok ok only

and then prepared to go to sea diving by taking ship

all 18 persons (our own big group) and we took 2 ships

and the package include 5 Island but one of it was the place for lunch

I think I ate too much during morning

and thus fell not well after dive in first Island sea

and straight viomit when I dive in the sea of 2nd Island

ya

I really viomit in the ship and someone help me wave it haha

and then  continue to viomit twice at the Jetty during our 3rd station of place for having lunch

pity me haha

and did not get into sea to dive at the last station

overall diving were quite fun and it was easy to use the equipment

except less fishes to see

after back to our places and took some rest

went to same place have our dinner again

but this time everyone was crazy to took photos at there after dinner

as usual

bought another 2 boxes and began our super crazy drinking night

and I drank and drunk like a monkey haha

Third Day (Monday)

have our breakfast and take some times to pak tou with someone before back

and we waite at Jetty to wait ship come and pick us up for more than 4 hours

the ship never come on time

so someones and his 2 friends and me (the only girl) decided to go swim before the ship come)

how brave we were hohoho

between

everyone was busy to took photos again

finally ship came

went to Seremban to have our Lunners on the way we heading back

and we arrived home at around 10pm something after 7 hours of journey

End

Butterworth

hmm

just reach Butterworth few hours ago

sitting at home now

doing nothing on the Internet

as usual

watching some dramas to pass afternoon

and will be going out for dinner with friends soon

things still not be packed yet

and I think I still have a lot of things need to buy and prepare

especially some documents to be printed out 

hmmm

so lazy 

let post something about my Tioman trip in next post when I still have fresh memories

Switching Relaxing Mood to Reality!

just back to KL from Tioman Trip last night

and will updated post soon

a lot of funs and excitement we have at there

busy with uploading 500++ photos to facebook currently

but the most priority thing is

I needed to completed my assignment and submit by tonight 

as tomorrow I will be going back Butterworth 

and I think I have no time to complete by late 12am tomorrow

番茄的死期

 

终于

今天的我做了一回早起的鸟儿 

去巴刹做个主妇买菜

哈哈

老实说

我一向不喜欢吃番茄做的料理

除了偶尔还可以接受的番茄酱或放在汉堡里的番茄片

因为不喜欢它的味道

矛盾的是

今天的晚餐是全番茄料理

番茄意大利面、番茄炒蛋和排骨番茄玉蜀黍汤

真是一个奇迹中的奇迹

哈哈

先申明

以下食谱皆是我参考网上食谱，再以我的方式乱乱作

正如

食谱是死的 人是活的 要会变通

 

番茄意大利面

将洋葱切片、番茄切块

肉碎用麻油、美极味精和胡椒粉调味

将洋葱和番茄块放入锅中拌炒

在加入肉碎炒熟

放入罐装番茄酱搅拌及加点糖调味

即可将之淋在面上，盛上桌

看来要谢谢以前中学上生活技能课时的老师

还有她们 

因为这是第一道我学会的食谱

也是一道我们一起合作过得美食 

番茄炒蛋

一样

 将洋葱切片、番茄切块

将蛋往同一个方向快速搅拌至起泡

然后 

先将蛋炒七分熟，盛起备用

将洋葱和番茄块放入锅中拌炒至番茄出汁

在将蛋放入拌炒一下

即可盛盘 

哦

美中不足的是

我忘了在未盛盘前

加点盐和糖调味

哈哈

排骨番茄玉蜀黍汤

顾名思义

排骨是主角

方的分量要够，才能熬出味道

其他配料任君选择

我呢 很贪心

所以另外加了

番茄、洋葱、胡萝卜和驹子（冰箱里有很多所以就乱加有的没的）

还有还有

两条玉蜀黍

哈哈

别当心

我是用饭锅煮的 

（让我这种懒人不许看火）

因为我和Someone都超爱喝汤的

照片里只是其中的一碗

当然别忘记

盐和胡椒粉要在最后煮好要盛碗时才放

（忘记搅拌均匀才拍照哈哈）

别问我为什么

我只知道是常识

哈哈

当然是

一级棒啦

连续三到四大碗的汤都让我们两人喝光光了

看来今天的重点是汤不是番茄

嗯

好像有点老王卖瓜自卖自夸的感觉

　　吃太饱的后遗症是独自到现在还是很胀不知要怎样入睡哈哈

懒人的晚餐

上个星期的某天

作了一个简单的晚餐

没有多余的油烟

但味道也是不错

也是懒人偷懒的好借口

=P

蚝油干捞茄子

将茄子去皮、切块

川烫过， 加点盐于水中， 让其加速变软，捞起盛盘

在将事先炸好的蒜头和蚝油林在上头、搅拌

洒上些许青葱和炸葱

即可上桌

好吃

罐头沙丁鱼

将洋葱切片、放入锅中炒一下

再将罐头沙丁鱼倒入、加些许水

搅拌、让其滚热几分钟

即可盛盘

所以说

像我这样的懒人

家里还是应该有一只蚝油和几个罐头以备不时之需

当然还有我的厨房十宝

哈哈

我还没进过厨房

因为

我太贪睡

无法做早起的鸟儿

去买菜

Money is Out

as in previous post

I have bought a hat and a sketch book from Central Market

plus taken Kiss Me Eyeliner from Ah Yao

my first owned hat and luckily my head can fit in haha

 

this sketch book cost a little bit expensive with RM25 but I bought it because of the pages inside are empty without lines

finally my eyeliner is here, it is my third eyeliner from Kiss Me brand =)
and thanks to Ah Yao's sister help me to buy from Taiwan and it is only RM35 and cheaper than Malaysia price ;)

hmmm

I think I will bring along these items fly to UK

met Ah Yao at Marjid Jamek LRT Station and have lunch at Burger King

and met a few handsome foreigner guys but we have no chances to talk with them =P

walked to the Central Market and the weather was so hot and made me get flu after entered the market

luckily I have brought my camera out so that I can SS when I was bored haha
